hey guys, previous to getting my car serviced, i was having issues startign up my car, it was turning over fine, but would cut out randomly and have issues idling (idle high but eventually come down to norm)

anyways got it serviced and midas said that the battery isnt in great shape and said they topped it up and said see how u go. now its turning over fine no cut outs or anything, but my idle wont go down (constantly sits @ 1.2)

now is this a ****up cause they didnt wind the idle down? or would be a battery issue and get that changed b4 i point fingers? - im defintly not mechanical savy so any help would be greatly appreciated.

when was the fuel filter changed
what has been done to the car

could be anything idle stepper motor or TPS

or just reduce the idle at the cable adjustment

fuel filter was change today :/ :P and i was reading another post where a guy had a similiar problem and battery replacement fixed it :/
