If it's your diff that's clunking, then you may have broken ring or pinion gears. Does it clunk while you're turning or going straight?

its realy more when i change gears and start to reverse and stuff. or when the revs are high and i let the engine slow the car down.

That sounds more like engine mounts.
Does it happen when you get off and on the accelerator and clutch pedals?

Any reputable parts shop should have either the inserts or the complete mounts in stock.
The inserts are ~$90, the full mount around the $150 mark.

The throw out bearing (in the manual it's called the clutch release bearing) is in between the clutch fork and the pressure plate fingers; it exerts pressure on the clutch plate to release (or open) the clutch.
Usually when they're on the way out they whirr or growl when you step on the pedal; if it's completely smoked you won't be able to use the clutch at all.

Is it making any noise when you go straight..???
what about when u turn..? lets say past about 25 degrees.?
Is it a one off clunk every few seconds and is it constant..
Ive done 3 diffs in mine in the past 3 years..:)
