I know its not for a Magna.. But I seriously don't wanna send my brother off spending money getting a mechanic to check his car when someone on here could help me..

Its a 1987 AW11 1600cc Toyota MR2 with the 4AGE n/a 4 cylinder engine in it.. Now the problem is.. Sometimes it doesn't want to turn over.. other times it will just die.. sometimes it'll die while driving.. The battery is fine.. Spark Plugs and Wires are fine.. Just wondering if someone could give us a few pointers so we can check ourselves before handing the keys over to a mechanic.
