3rd gen door sills Fit into the locations of 2nd gen door sills so I've found (Centre console almost bolts in too weirdly!!!) and im wondering where people have purchased there 3rd gen chrome door sills from?
The 2nd gen ones don't protrude out as much, but they have a smaller "bump" (the section thats raised) The ends need a small mod to fit in perfect but they do fit in, which got me wondering.
Any pictures would be sick too, I've searched ebay and found nothing - Thanks

Thats very pricey, Mitsu near me wants $220 for the set of Verada ones.

Anyone have a picture? My mate got some off fleabay for his CH Lancer and they were tons cheaper then $300...
For now I've just replaced the screws in the door sills with chrome ones - actually looks pretty good!

Nah...
Just the bit where the centre console lid is, that ALMOST bolts in, bolts in perfectly where the ashtray is in ours, just theres no way of bolting the front in, and with the rear, the screw hole is out by about half a centimeter - i have pictures on my phone i was quite surprised it was so close!

yes they are expensive IF you can get them these days. I brought a set for my vr-x about 2 years ago now and yeah there were no mitsi dealers in Adelaide who stocked them at the time and about the only place I could get them was Sydney.
They do look good, definately worth it. I couldnt get the vr-x sticker in the middle of the kick panel you see in the pic above, could only get the magna

I rang up Burg Auto Accessories (Who sells them for the CH Lancer), They actually make them for Mitsubishi and as such couldn't give me a prices or even part numbers...part of some agreement or some crap...

yeah there the blokes ive been in contact with, they wont give you costs because we dont have an account with them yet, but ive been speaking to a bloke named Greg and was gonna do them outside of work, he seems pretty keen to do it as his parents have a magna as well.

Yeah double sided tape, also comes with some liquid crap you put on first to enhance the stickyness apparently. I put some liquid nails underneath them because I didnt think the tape would be enough.
