Well, the magna's almost ready to go. new auto gearbox (2 much time wasted with manual) just getting some cash together for a service. Needs new CV joints (Prices please?), I'm changing to M9 Heads, then RWC and a rego then its ready to go!

When its done I will be thinking of getting the RamPod Filter. Want a good intake. where would I go to 'skim the heads down to 30k' like someone on these forums once told me?

Where can I go after this is all done? What can I do under the hood?

I have a set of pistons I was going to use, they have the heart shape design on top same as the M9 head

CV's you can do yourself, I got mine for $92 plus post a side from ebay. Mine worked fine but im told these cheaper ebay ones are a bit hit and miss as to if you get a dodgy set.

edit: also if you haven;t got one as off yet i saw a reconditioned auto transmission on ebay for $200.

do you still have the pistons? Are they needed if I am upgrading to the M9 heads?

With the CV joints, will i need to buy the entire shaft or just the joint kit? the entire shafts are around $100 but the kit is just $40 and they have the outer cv joint, one outer cv boot, a set of clamps and a pack of grease.

I already have a gearbox dude thanks anyway.

replacing the joints is a bitch of a job if it was me i would just replace the whole cv shaft. It takes less time and if the outer joints are stuffed the inner joints probably aren't in fantastic condition anyway so you will have to replace them sooner or later.

I don't think you will need to change the pistons, I think Pete from Moe put a M9 head on his car, maybe ask him. :)
