I have a 98 wagon advance and was woundering how much id be looking at to get it bagged. Not sure if id do it or not because iam looking at getting a new car next year when i pay this off. But yer how much round about
thanks
i was quoted 3000 for 4 switches front and back.
One for each wheel that is (sliders).
I was looking in to this due to the roads around where I live, wollongongVerada can vouch for that. when he dropped off the KE grille you can see in my avatar he bottomed out (Superlows) just driving normally.

wagons arent the same as sedans to bag and the cheapest ive found for supply and fitted is around 5K engineered . like mr bags said if you can weld decent you can buy kits for 2 - 2500K but then you will have to get it engineered so it would wanna be good. sepsh if you have annual roadworthy inspections
theres been a couple of bagged wagons on here if you do some searching

i was quoted $500 to engineer down here in VIC but probally more like $800 in NSW.
ride quality depends on how low/high you want to ride.
you can find a awsome ride if you dont wanna drive around on the stops 24/7 about 70PSI is very nice.
mine ranged from 0-115 PSI

Normal hight is around the 70PSI mark in mine. its nice and smooth just like normal at normal height.
let some air out and it gets softer and a bit more cloud like.
Put some extra air in and it gets hard/ lifts tyres of the ground going over speed humps

wagons arent the same as sedans to bag and the cheapest ive found for supply and fitted is around 5K engineered .Wagons should be easier and cheaper to bag than sedans; it's simply a matter of swapping out the rear coils for air coils, no need to create a macpherson strut system for the rear.

Hmm wagons dont have struts?damper is separate from the coil. (at least with 2nd gens, AFAIK there was very little changed in the suspension for 3rd gens)

yeah third gens are the same, i never said they more expensive to bag just different setup's didnt i? you could just put bags into your srpings cups but no way you could get that engineered(and is jsut dodgey) so no it wouldnt be a case of just swapping. like struts, you will still need to chop up exsiting mounts get new brackets and weld them into place.
i did alot of research and nearly all places no matter what were 2- 2500 for the kit and then 2500 to install and engineer. which seems to be the same prices everyone is saying it costs to bag there sedan.

well we drove it from after we all left up until i called u when it stopped .
Have fixed up the wiring so its not running all the time anymore.
Compressor isnt that loud actually, and when u have a bit of music goin can hardly hear it.
The ride is quite good when u have it at a normal height, but when its aired right out its ruff as hahaha

Yeah the pump isnt very loud. Couple of sheets of dyna matt behind the seat and you wont hear it at all.
just be carfull not to over heat it, that ones about $400 new.
its loud when you air it out if the boots open.
you can get silencers for that. but i wouldnt bother.

Popped it up then aired it out. Boot closed, all doors closed and windows up.
