Cool!
price?
I'm guessing $100 if no one is interested, $250 if the bidding heats up.
I want them for my V6 TS and put the steel 15" rims on my 2.6 TS which currently has 14" rims.
This way I have the same rubber on both my TSs. - but only if the price is right LOL

thats seems like a good price, i sold my old 15" 5 spoke rims of my last car for $100 with no tread on the tyres. but anything better than steelies:bowrofl:

Yeah, everyone knows alloy wheels add 15 Kw to engine power, and makes the girls want to jump in your car and **** your balls off!
LOL

Hang on, wait a moment before we close this thread. I have Questions!
So Perry, your say that that rubber size 205x65R15 will fit a second gen, cos i thought second gens had a smaller rubber size than that, correct me if im wrong. Cheers, Brad

21560R16's on mine currently WITH 3rd gen wheels. When I rang insurance to tell them I thought they might say no, but they only asked for the "inch" size nothing to do with tyres, so they are listed on my policy.
Rims should be the first upgrade to any stock steel wheels or hubcaps your car has, they just make a good improvement straight away.
Not too mention makes a 2nd gen look less like a grandma/grandpa's car.

lol oh dont worry, im not too stressed about insurance, im more worried about how well they would pyshically fit and the give between tyre and wheel arch.

The base 2.6 model came with 14" rims, 185 X 75.
The V6 with ABS models has bigger discs and callipers and so runs 15" rims, 205 X 65.
Kapish?

Whoops! The price just went above $100 - and I've just lost interest! LOL
CBF'd getting the wheel nuts ($75) and painting the callipers and rotors - the steelies live on!

Ive run 215's on the 15"s before no issues
Also didnt some Elites or SE's come with 15"s?

As far as I know the 15s are needed to accomodate the bigger discs and callipers on the ABS models. I guess if a buyer ticked the ABS option box the 15s came with it, no matter what the model.

I don't think the SE's did, but the Elites do, I've got a set of Elites sitting around the garage atm, would go check the tyres if I cbf, pretty sure they're 205/65's though.
Those wheels originally being bid on will be found on the TH Altera (might be the LS only though, can't remember).
