Well it's never going to respond well to hardcore mods so I would just work on maintenance, maybe a catback exhaust, K&N filter etc.. After that you could install a better sound system and put some rims on it and lower it.

Oh thats a good point... 1986semagna's car was made in the year they were made compulsary.

extactors sound like a plan

it has a catalytic converter

you can fit a TN/TP powersteering rack into the TM ( it all just bolts in the same place )

you get the rack/ pump and hoses and bolts from a wrecker
