Hi, Just wondering if anyone knows if the TJS2 3.5 has a different water pump to the 2000 and earlier 3.5s? seen a few ads on ebay etc but they never seem to list the TJS2 water pumps, is it just because it hasn't been listed or is there really a difference between the two?

I am looking to do the cambelt soon, my car has just hit 100,000kms , there is nothing wrong with the water pump at the moment but I would like to do whats necessary to get another 100kms without any dramas. I have all the other bits needed and have been trying to see whats available aftermarket.

As far as im aware all 3.5 water pumps where they same. Smartest thing to do the water pump when you do timming belt. I would prob stay away from ebay though.. unless you know they are very good brands.. if water pump fails it will turn into a major job.
