hi i have a MTX Thunder 4500 sub and a schneider 4 channel mostet amp 1000 watt.

Can someone help me with wiring up the sub to the amp

It should tell you in the amp manual...
anyway
on channel 3 and 4 (usually) it will say Bridged printed below, and yeah usually just hook up a + to the + on one channel and the - to the - on the amp on the other channel
