Hiya
I picked up a set of clear 380 indicators yesterday, and the guys installed them for me at our thursday night meet. They look better than the stock orange ones, but the white kinda stands out a bit on my car colour (madeira red/burgandy). I was thinkin that black/tinted indicators would look nicer... has anyone done this on their car, and how did it turn out?

make ya mind up geez. lol. get your orange ones and just tint them and if you dont like it you can take the tint back of again with metho and some muscle (might be a bit hard for you though) lol jj. dont ruin your clear ones as you only got them last night!

Yeh, the clear ones will look better tinted than the orange, if you think tinted will look better. Get some spray on tint stuff for lights, if you dont like it you can take if off with metho very easily!

Should not.:belt: It's relevant in this thread.:P
If the first gens don't have them, he can still attach them with double-sided tape.
Just had a thought....shoot GRDPuck a PM. He had some tinted ones - I think they were originally orange.

My suggestion is you test it first by wrapping the clear ones with cling wrap then tint. If you don't like it, simply remove the plastic no harm done.:D

I bought some black\tinted ones for my TJ off ebay, had them on about half a day, didn't fit that well (needed to be glued\taped) but too dark to see the *blinks* in daylight so went back to the stock ones, think I still have em in the garage somewhere if you're interested?

nah i wouldn't want to not be able to see the indicator flashing in daylight = dangerous. if i tint a pair, i'de definately make sure they are visible in the daytime (my tail indicators are tinted slightly, and are quite visible at day)
thanks tho :)
