A few people have PM'd me recently asking details about this conversion and wanting pics. here we go:

Whilst Hoppers Stoppers advertise the setup as being able to fit under 17's I doubt that with many wheel patterns and offsets that would be possible. Check how little clearance there is between my 18's and the caliper - less than 3mm.

And for those who asked, my rear setup is Ralliart calipers and discs. I had Hoppers powder coat the calipers. And I cut the flange off the dust shields so that the discs can vent heat better. And yes, I have braided hoses, clear tube protected and with red ends too . Disc hats are ceramic coated.

how much did the fronts cost you if you dont mind me asking? loooks mint, and how does it compare

they fit under both sets of 17s that I own (Ralliarts and OZ Racing), although the OZ Racing ones will fit Brembos under them. :shock:

Fronts $1700 complete. Very subtle setup. You can dial in brake pressure with your big toe and get just what force you want - not "sudden" in their action at all. Immense stopping power.
