Inlet manifold gaskets from US

An awesome dude from the US sent me some gaskets i was chasing for 8$ or something.

Totally surprised when they actually came.

Problem is slight kink more so in one, so i'm checking if its too bad. Thinking of heating slightly and straightening with a text book on top or something.

See pics.

Ps i don't have a MAS my ecu is run straight off my TPS.

cheers

no pics mate, but if it is the factory metal gasket and there is no kink in in you should be ok when the manifold torques down

Yeah that'll be fine, the stuff you can get from shell servos seems to be ok.

I like the ultra Black by Permatex (Oil resistant sensor safe etc) can be had for about $15 from supercheap
I'd use that, I've also heard the aviation form a gasket is top notch stuff but haven't needed to use it yet.

Permatec Aviation No. 3 is the proper name. Use it all the time. Looks like vegimite, probly tastes better.
