Just bought a new front bumper for my TE to replace the very dinted one on there now. Before painting it i want to pre-fit it to make sure its all good (cant return it after its painted).
From someone who has taken off a front bumper on a 3rd gen magna, WHERE DO U START? Do the front guards on both sides need to be removed too?
Tbutcher I think posted the workshop / service manual for 3rd-gens a while back which details this procedure....

If you can't download, extract and burn this manual to CD I'll see if i can take some screen shots of the appropriate pages in the manual and post them here for you tonight if I get a chance.

No dramas - stay tuned to this thread. :)
Tim-E,
You should find the steps and diagrams for front bumper removal for both the Magna & Verada models in the first few pages of the attached PDF document.

mate you are a champion.
one more thing though, you dont also have the guide to installing/removing the left front indicator light assembly?
I'll see what I can do when I get home tonight, won't be until late though unfortunately...
Tim-E,
See page 70 onwards of the following document.
