Hi All. Getting the 180k service on Friday, going to do all belts + plugs. Is there anything else I should get done while I'm there?

Trnsmission fluid and filter was done 5k ago, and I've just put a KN air filter on. Fuel filters maybe? The mechanic is also going to plug in to look at the O2 sensor, he's thinking it's probably never been done and I should look to do it every 125k's.

Thinking of putting Barry's gaskets in and Ezyboy's throttle body.

Apart from that, she's in good nick mechanically and transmission wise. Bit of body work needs doing (possibly even need to replace front bumper rather than repair) but my next door panel beater will take care of that later this year. My aim is to get her to around 250k's before I look at replacement, although if a cheaper TH/TJ/KH/KJ comes up, that plan may change.

Regards, Tony

fuel filter

depends how many leaks it has developed.. could need a sump reseal and or rocker cover gaskets.. you will find out once you pull the plug leads off :)

any good mechanic should be able to do it Mitsubishi will charge you an arm and a leg to do it.

Fuel filter added. As for leaks - not a drop of oil outside of where it should be. There was a seal replaced at 120k, but no leaks obviocus when she was on the hoist 2 months ago..

I stopped going to Mitsubishi at 150k - get anything my neighbour and I can't do done at my local KTAS (know the guys there pretty well and trust them 100%).
