as the title says, will an evo 5 wing fit a TR, i went in to cyber century today to get one and the guy rekons in wont fit. he tells me and evo 6 one will fit and look good, which i already know, but obviously paulina has one and i dont want to copy!! has anyone on here ever tried fitting one and does it fit? thanks guys

no it wont cos it has that boot mold... if that makes sense, it's not on props it's on a base that follows the line of the lancer boot. HOWEVER! I've been thinkin of putting a lancer tail on my magna, and well if that wont fit try this one, cos i reckon it's hot and would do it too mine lol :P

Yeah looks like a KJ spoiler... got one on my car, not a fan of them on the second gens though.

BTW I think the EVO5 one looks horrid! Looks like the spoiler starts off one way then trys to curve back the other way.

I have a 3 leg spoiler on my magna, and apparently its meant to be a 2 leg spoiler? So that means for it 2 look good, i should put a 3 leg spoiler back on and the magna 'sports' has a 3 leg so i guess if i do this swap ill ahve to use that one.

yea, it's an Evo 3 wing, Evo 2's still looked like the 1 (kit wise)- which looked pretty soft.. 3's are my personal favorite, but it didn't come with the AYC.. and it's been hard finding a genuine 3 with limited mods AND the kit in tact here in sydney... plus it seems to be cheaper getting a 4 than a 3- but we're talking about the rear wing so back on topic

the 3 wing kinda suits the 2nd gens IMO, suprisingly so does the TJ wing.. and i know there are many that are against the 6 wing (like paul's) but i like it

my boot is out of alignment are they hard to adjust?

Pretty easy mate, just need 2 people to do it. Unscrew the bolts and adjust then re-tighten. Had a similar problem when I changed the bootild.
