$30 wheel arch chrome strips ...super cheap auto... (5mtrs) becouse i done 2 of the lower strips in the bar!

chrome on a car is ALWAYS good - altho.. there is such a thing as too much in total..

i like the lower bar chrome striping as well - looks very subtle and classy.

1.I got the wheel arch strip with the double sided tape on it!
2.The width of chrome strip without black rubber is about 6mm but had a black rubber rail along side the chrome so i cut that off with a stanley!!! took a while to cut:rant:

I did my TE grille last saturday. Apart from the paras, best mod so far for me, changed the look of the front of the car so much! And also pictures don't do this mod justice, you have to see it it real life.

Looks awesome! Exactly what i used too :D i was gonna do the bottom part aswell but thought it would be to thin but looks good! If anyone wants some of the chrome strip stuff and can't get it at your local kmart theres heaps at the one i work at so i can get some if you need it!

Looks pretty good, but I suggest adding one long strip around the edge of the grill (from bonnet, along bumper to bonnet) to make it stand out more.:)

went hunting thru kmart auto section for it - no luck there

also looked through Autobarn & Supercheap..
i can find the stuff that is rubber backed and you put around your doors (you know the stuff that people use to protect thier doors when they open them hard against other parked cars next to them)
but they didnt seem to know what i was talking about in regards to the correct stuff and i got stared at blankly at Autobarn

maybe its got something to do with me living in a backwards town such as Mackay.

ideas / suggestions where i can get this stuff?
