Ok before i get crucified; I did do a search but couldn't find what I was looking for. If anyone can please point me in the right direction
Basically I will be looking at installing some driving lights and interior neons/LEDs in the future, however, not the point of the thread.
I am just wondering what switches people have used to retain the 'factory' look. I want something that i can purchase off the shelf or raid from another model car or magna from the wreckers. What I don't want is two of those hektik drift spec toggle switches from Super Cheap, they suit some people but not me (no offence intended.)
I am thinking about mounting these on the panel under the steering wheel to the left of the wheel under the instrument cluster. Where have others put theirs?
Thanks,
Kieran

Hey,
With the driving lights maybe get the light stalk that has the driving light switch and wire it in. That should keep that part 'factory'.
With the interior neons maybe wire that in with the headlight loom in the light stalk if you want them on with the lights.
Or wire it into the interior light switch so when you open the door you have footwells.
But I guess if you want the factory look switches just go raid the wreckers till you find the switch your happy with.

Do you remember the switch I had to turn on my old driving lights in my TR? That was pretty good... Should take a trip to Jaycar someday :)

I dunno about the stalk idea, I seem to remember them being hell difficult to track down and then you pay for the privelige. I wanna be able to turn them on and off individually too, i like the stealth approach of being able to open my door and have no light  Have you got any pretty switches in that rada of yours?
