I was thinking of putting The cheap $90.00 pioneer 3ways in the parcel shelf.

Has any else done this?
Are they a good option?
Would the OEM headdeck run them?
Will they do til I upgade to the pioneer 4x50watter I own?
And I only have the Head unit and wire loom, I will get the conversion connectors (cheap places????), But I dont have the rectagular slide-in cage they usually come with. Will I need any thing else?

More than likely.

Not bad, I reckon JBL's would be better myself for the money, $78 for a set of JBL GT5 (? Can't remember the exact model sorry, they're on the shelf at strathies) 6x9's I think.

Would the OEM headdeck run them?
Yeah no worries, aftermarket deck or amp will make them much better though.

4x50watt amp (rms?) or headunit (which would be 4x22w RMS roughly)? They'll be fine either way.

I don't understand this. If your simply replacing the rears, take the OEM ones out, cut the wires, and connect them to the new speakers. You don't need to put the push on metal prongs or anything on the end, you can solder if you prefer.

Will they sound better than stock - Yes

Personally I would start spending money on the fronts, where you sit.

Fronts are good, but a couple of hints in that direction wouldn't go astray. Good Idea.
Dont want to run amps and subs tho.

Notice you still run the OEM speakers Lugo..... What the..... Thanks for your thoughts

Question 1 Has enyone else done this????????????????????
