Hey guys im planning on removing my wing but was wondering what i would use to fill the holes? or would i be better off getting someone to do it for me?

If your good at this sort of thing - do it yourself.
But the fact that your asking us suggests you don't know how to do it (like me lol).
So if it was me - I'd get a panel beater / spray painter to fix it.
... or look around and see if you can pick up a non-spoiler boot to swap it with.
... maybe wreckers or another AMC member who wants a spoiler.

I had the same thought recently, make a swap post in the FS section, there may be someone out there with no wing who wants one.

i removed my spoiler from my car
went down to repco and got some rubber gorments
filled the hole nicely and hasnt let any water into the boot
oh and i also painted them the same colour as the car so they dont stand out as much :)

Dont do what i did which was bash the holes in with a ball pien hammer and then fill them with bog and spray

Are you really sure you want to go wingless. Post a pic in the photoshop thread and ask for it to be removed and see if you like the idea.

The best way to remove the wing and keep your lid is to have a panel shop braze the holes up, flat metal file them afterwards, then paint. Big $, but professional and none of the worries that a crappy bog finish will give.
