Can anyone let me know the best paint for MDF panels in the doors & boot to protect from any water etc that may get to them as well as leaving a good surface for sticking Dynamat on the door peices.

whatevers cheap. just use house paint or something, as long as it seals the mdf

edit: by seal i mean SEAL, not export cans or anything, something nice and thick

the flat sides of the mdf wont be a problem as it is sealed and smooth. The edges, which are rough and porous will be a problem. If i was you, i would cover it in some material. Or as was suggested, a nice thick paint.

WhiteKnight paints make an MDF sealer. Should be able to get it at your local hardware store.
