Just wondering, when adjusting fog light beams, my adjustment screw is really tight and wont move so I want to adjust them manually. So, which is it to lower the beam....clockwise or anticlockwise???

A bit out of point with regards to your post but am wondering with fog lights/driving lights, what type are you using? Thinking of getting some but want opinions as much as possible first.

Anti clockwise is up from memory......But if it's too hard to turn... don't force it... you'll break it.

They run little gearboxes behind those driving lights..... they sometimes fill with crud and the grease gets wet... then they jam.... bad news.

I ended up stripping one of them... $25 from mitso so not the cheapest option...I had to wait 4 weeks from Japan to get mine.

Take the light out and clean out the plastic gearbox and clean the gears (Easy job.... take a picture of it before you pull the gears out so you'll know how to re-assemble)
and apply a nice dollup of grease then adjust them....should be smooth as silk afterwards.

Good luck... at least you'll know from another members mistake...

Thanks mate. I ended up taking the adjustment screw out and the gears on the back and adjusted them by hand. Tricky little job with the lights being on the car but non the less....the beams are now balance.

Cheers for the advice!!
