ok i'm putting a new head unit in my 1st gen and there's one wire that i'm sure what to do with or what it does. i have the speaker wires,ignition,constant 12v, ground and that's pretty easy but i have one wire left over thats labelled Control and it has a bit of shrink wrap over the end of it. I'm guessing that it's for the remote control and that it's just a aerial for that so i don't need to do anything to it. can anyone tell me if i'm right or not.

It is. Just leave the heatshrink on it.
