View Full Version : difference between VR-X and Sports exhaust ???

1) Are they both the same ??

2) Is the only difference is

VR-X got Chrome Tip and is straight

Sports got Normal tip which angles around 60 degrees may be.

3) Is there any difference in sound???

4) How much will it cost to get a chrome tip on existing sports exhaust???

5) Will it affect the sound or its looks only??

It's going great dude, the CAI Kit will arrive in 2 weeks...
Got sucked into buying my first rice mods when I put it in for my 1000kms service last week LOL! Bonnet and Headlight Protectors :P

Oh I forgot to add, the sound coming out from a straight tip and an angled tip might sound different in the higher end of the RPM. The sport's tip might give out a slight whistle..

I sold it ... CHEAP!

20K with Everything on the second day it was advertised in the papers... which I now realised I under valued my car waaay too much..

Geees... nice to have someone still up at 430am...

I haven't slept in ages.. this forum keeps me awake while I do my work...

Does any one know if the 1998 TF Sports have a higher flow muffler than the exec, or the same???? I know the newer models do, but I'm not sure if the earlier do or not.... :?
