I'm still looking at buying my first TJ Magna. I'm stuck at deciding whether to buy a Series 2 exec or Series 2 Advance. What is the differences between them other than the climate control? Am I better to stick with the cheaper exec or shell out a few more bickies and get the Advance. Have sourced through auctions Series 2 exec with around 30 to 40 kays for $17500. What do you guys think? :roll:

Differences are the level of options in the car, eg, trim, power stuffs, blah blah blah..

I personally prefer a car optioned out than the base model with nothing but I think the new TJ series II is quite loaded already minus the alloys I think..

Depends on how much u can afford, are u modding it?

2 EGs ---> Manual, TH Exec base model but loaded with lots of go fast mods and added looks or Me with the ex TJ Sports loaded with go fast mods mods and acts as a sleeper..

BTW, Manual is selling his ride, you might wanna look into that..

i'll take the power/acceleration!! :badgrin: :badgrin: and the 100kg less... although its not that much in the TJ series

Jifs go to http://www.drive.com.au/buy/market_value/main.asp and select the manufacturer, model, series, year and body type.
Then click go it'll bring up a selection of cars then you just click on the one you wish to view and it'll bring up the specs for that car.

It is a 99 model Exec L.S. Wagon,
after clicking on make and year, there is no 99 model to choose from only a 2000 model???
then if i go ahead and do choose 2000 model there is no wagon??

Yeah i had a look for myself and funny enough it wasn't there, i sent a message to them informing them about that and i'll let you know what they say if they reply.

My opinion on that site just went down.
