will tw seats fit into tf/th or will tl seats fit into tf/th i want a change in my interior

yeah, they'll bolt straight in, but i think they have air bags in it. This poses a problem i think.


with your skilzors i though you would be able to re-shape the seats as needed anyway?

i know ive punched my air bag and it hasn't gone off, and worn my polyester trackies in the audi with 6 airbags and im still around but they reckon its possible.

I'd love Mythbusters to test it!

From what I know the airbag unit is essentially a small exsplosive shaped charge designed around an inflatable material, and needs an electric detonator designed to only blow at a specific voltage.
Therefore I don't think a bit of static is going to do much unless somehow it has built up a charge large enough to do so, or people who handle them by accident, or not, get close to an open electrical charge for it to happen.

reshaping of the seats is a big job,but what i am gonna do is buy either tl or tw seat remove airbags,then fill in the air bag hole and trim over them

there is a wreckers around the corner selling the tl and tw seats [which by the look of em there is no difference,so i might grab em
what about the console is it possible to change consoles

Which bit do you mean Rob? I'm thinking it'll all fit without modification. Or are you thinking the climate control bit?

yeah the bit where the h/u and climate control is
everything is swapped around plus i think the climate controls are different :confused:

Just to help; if necessary, attached are the differing digrams of the ventilation systems incase anyone wants to get the air vents from a Complete TL-on to function in the earlier models. The alternate parts are visually different, so i wont label them here:D.

Just be aware that the underseat vents detailed; were fitted only to Altera/Veradas. Nothing below.
