You guys are quick. I've been trying to edit my original post.
In the Mitsu clearance thread Ricks'KE had transplanted a set of these into his KE. I was trying to set up a seperate thread to get a how to made up.

A question for Ricks'KE, in the mitsu post you noted that the lights fitted the original fog light plug in the KE ,did you use the wiring diagram included in the kit? What modification did you make to the frame of the spot light? to fit the cavity?

because they are about $80.00 a set with full wiring harness and surrounds.

They do look pretty terrible though by comparison to the factory gear, you've gotta admit.
