Dash clock.
Tint.
Parabolic headlights.
KS/Jap Diamante grille, or any of the other more unique grilles.
Debadge or rebadge with chrome TJ badges.
LED interior light replacements.
White headlight bulb replacements, white LED parker replacements.
The list is pretty-much endless, that'll get you started but do some searches and you'll come up with quite a list.
Anything really that makes the car just that bit more unique, a bit less like every other stock magna out there.

My suggestions...
Give the car a good clean (inside & out), get proud.
Get the car serviced. No good doing mods if she's not going to run or be safe.
Then let the mods begin...
- Clear front/corner indicator mod (do a search)
- Clear Indicators (380 ones from Mitsu.)
- Larger exhaust & sports muffler (Lukey, Redback, Magnaflow)
- K&N Panel or Oval Pod filter
- Tint the windows
- Lowered springs (kings, lovells, etc.)
- New/secondhand rims (17 or 18's) (if current rims = stock plastic trims)
- Better headunit (& speakers if you can afford it)
- Verada bits - find a Verada at the wreckers or watch for verada parts on ebay or here at AMC
(look for items such as a dash clock, interior lights, front grille, parabolic headlights, door pocket/speaker grilles, etc.)
Take a look at what others have done - should be able to find some modded 2nd gens here...

oh, and welcome to the club!
Welcome, V6 manual...good start :)
what i would do is look in the 'post you ride' thread and look at the cars in there to get a good idea. you will see several common mods. the most common being
parabolic headlights
diamante/varada front bar
exhaust - the extent of this varies but you will see the options
lowering
mags
its a bit hard to tel you what to do cos we dont know what you are wanting from your car...do you like to look the goods or dont care what you look like just wana boot? the fact that its the V6 maunal is a huge start cos you can mod and mod a 4 banger and it will struggle to get close to a V6 manual with a few mods...*waits for flaming from 4 banger owners  *
so what do you want and then we might be able to give more precise advice

Simple mods are as follows
Performance
-exhaust, 2.25" mandrel bent system, 2.5 is simply not needed
-Pod filter if you really want to, I prefer the panel, just change it when it gets dirty
-good tune with plugs, leads, cap, button
-fix all your oil leaks, these also cause vaccum leaks and poor economy
-you can advance your timing a little, do not go overboard or you will end up with half your fuel charge sitting ontop of the valves thus not a good clean burn
Cosmetic, you imagination is your only hold up here, and $$ of course.
As for those debating how expensive a shorter gear stick is, dont bother, the OP will determine how much he wants to spend
