Created a new thread with all the "answers" maybe a sticky?

Carb Type: Weber 32/36 DFEV, Part# 22680 070
- Electric Choke
- Mirror image of the DG* series
- Has the accel cable on the correct side - Drivers
- Accel cable pulls from the top (same as old carby)

Adapter: Redline, Part# 99004 130
- 2 plates to reduce carby to manifold size
- gaskets included

Where i bought the kit: http://www.racetep.com/web2004pl.html
Total cost of kit: $451AUD (incl shipping etc)

Kit Includes (from memory)
- Carby - Brand new! NOT refurb'd
- Adapter plates
- Air filter enclosure & filter
- fuel line (1.5ft)
- vacuum line (1.5ft)
- plugs for air injection stuff
- accel cable bracket
- instructions

Process:
Its a complete bolt on job IFF you have a manual, there's some work adapting the TPS
for an auto transaxle thats a bit fiddly/tricky.

- remove old carby & disconnect all the vacuum lines
- plug all the vacuum lines except for the one coming off the dizzy - for the new carb (dunno what each vacuum line does but works fine so far)
- remove & plug the line off the charcoal cannister
- plug the fuel return line (?) at the firewall
- plug the fuel-vapour separator thing on the engine head
- plug the old air injection hole in the manifold
- if you cant remove the air injection from the manifold you can plug the vacuum line, it'll close the valve & zorst wont come out. You can also heat it up for a while (let the heat soak into the manifold), then cool the nut quickly - worked great for me on 2 occasions

Install the new carby!
- brackets & gasket install is as per the instructions - use loctite!
- hook up the fuel line
- hook up the vacuum advance line
- connect choke - existing connector to the old carby has +12v on, what i used
- install the accel cable bracket - i had to bend it a little to get it to line up & clear everything

Some pics attached:
Install.jpg - complete installation, note the throttle cable position
Crank Breather - needed to add this
Air injeciton - plugged
Adapter Plates - both with arrows & gaskets shown
Choke Wires - What i used for the electric choke

I went down to the local auto1 store & for $10 you get a pack of about 10-15 little plugs that are used to plug the vacuum lines & fuel lines etc, sizes from 6mm to 10mm.

Vapour Separator.jpg - all plugged up
TPS Install1.jpg - Right arrows = bracket i made coming off the accel cable bracket, left arrow is where i welded onto the accel cam, drilled a hole & put the copper through it
TPS install2.jpg - Another close up of it
TPS install3.jpg - back of the TPS
TPS Adjustment - used to move the position of the TPS & adjust it (change length of copper tubes too)

I just finished the last tuning of the TPS, the position is quite critical for smooth shifts at the correct time.
If the TPS is pushed in too far, when slowing down to a stop it shifts quite abrubtly.
If the TPS comes out too quickly on throttle, then it'll shift when 1/2 way through the accel range.

I found at "rest" (idle) it needs to be out about 2mm.
The entry point of the copper tube is about 9mm from the centre of the axis of the shaft, 11mm was too far & i got early shifts or bad shifting on deceleration.
