Hey guys, haven't been on here for a while...
just sold my Mirage, so need to do something to the Magna to keep me going until the next project arrives...
so, i've got a 98 Magna Sports which is ok, but needs some lowering pretty bad...
my Mirage was rolling on 19s and tucking rim, so i want to get the Magna pretty low, but seeing as i drive it every day, it needs to be relatively comfortable...
so, just wonodering, how low some of you guys have your Magnas...??
Kings Super Lows are not low enough... is there anyone else who makes low springs for them?
its got the stock 16" mags on it, and i'm hoping to get it tucking a bit...
any advice?
cheers.

I think KMAC do customs that will go lower than superlows. Other option is compression. Try KMAC frist.

i'm pretty sure lovells are one of the best springs for going low (without having them heated and recompressed) but someone might be able to give another opinion....

kmac are just compressed springs... best bet is to get some king super lows and compress the f*** outta them... however u will also need to get some custom short shocks otherwise be prepared to be replacing them regularly... however even with this i doubt u will be tuckin rim on ur 16"s dude... maybe about 2 inches of your tyre wall but thtats it and that would be riding on ur bump stops...

kmac make full custom springs. mine are kmac customs and they arnet(werent) compressed, did take me a month for them to make em though.
good luck tucking rim on 16's, ive cut my bumpstops over an inch and im still 2 1/2, 3 inches off the rim man on stocks. and its anything but relatively comfortable on stockies aswell.
go to ozzytyres, they do custom kmacs. if they say 400 keep 500 aside

kmac are just compressed springs...
Pffft. What do you know you banana bender. Just because you guys took out the state of origin series you guys start making uo stories..:P
Kmac will compress your springs in your car for around $400 drive away
They will do brand new custom springs any height or stiffness around $550 drive away

Thanks for the help guys.
nah, i dont think i'll get it tucking rim, i meant that if i can get it tucking some tyre i'll be happy...
would be a lot easier i suppose if i could find a set of low springs from someone selling their's... anyone selling?
other than that, i might look for some 18s/19s/20s if i can find s cheap set...
and then get some tint and a tv/dvd setup.
thats about all i'll be doing to the car, as its got a ****e load of kms so it was only ever meant to be a temp solution and daily.

benifits or rims and tv/dvd setup is you can always rip it out later if you want to, well and yours springs/shocks if you saw the need..and then chuck it all into your new magana :P

yeah mate thats the plan...
just want to do the basics as it isnt a car i want to keep all that long...
its got 362,000km on it, but its still going strong, and i've had no problems at all...
so yeh, not spending much on it... just some rims, springs, and a tv/dvd setup...

as far as i know its the original engine...
the gearbox is getting lazy at the moment, but just needs a service...
I would imagine that its all been rebuilt at some stage thought, as it drives very well...
if the odometre didnt say 362,xxxkm then you wouldnt even know..
half the reason i bought it is because it drove so well.
