this might help a few people wanting to get rough estimates or know what to expect when going in for a service

arggg,stupid filter is blocking out the word arse from carservice.. haha..
Has already filled me with confidence, they've listing 3.0L 3rd gen Verada's....
OOooooohhh a manual 3.5 KH! Where do I get one?:P

Changed engine oil and fitted new oil filter, all other oils checked.
replaced air filter element.
fitted new camshaft drive belt.
replaced spark plugs, conventional type
drain, flush & bleed brake system with new fluid,
road test.
power steering service
front wheel alignment
wheel balance

They probably just assumed i had no idea about cars (which is right btw!) and jacked up the price.. That or yeah the site is failing. In any case, its still useful. I found it after my service and did raise some questions but not much i can do about it now.

* Carry out service as per manufacturer recommendations.
* Check all oil levels, exhaust system, pipes & hoses.
* Check radiator, heater and air conditioner, damage & wear.
* Inspect front and rear brakes for wear.
* Replace engine oil & filter.
* Inspect all fluid levels, tyre conditions & pressures & spare.
* Check operation of bonnet lock/safety catch (lub if required).
* Inspect/operate exterior lights and indicators.
* Inspect battery electrolyte level and specific gravity.
* Replace spark plugs if platinum not standard.
* Inspect steering and suspension, security, damage and wear.
* Road test - check vehicle on the road as per handbook.
* Inspect drive belt condition and adjust if required.
Seems they don't actually do anything.

thye replace the engine oil and thye might change the plugs you never know

You have way too much time on your hands to care about that small mistake :P
However the prices they give are pretty accurate
