I had both my Rada's trannys service this week.
The oil was still clean and sweet in both cars before the flush and it had only been about 15,000k's since my last tranny service in the KH and the difference in shift quality is still huge after service even though the oil was clean to start with before the flush.
Just goes to show that your oil doesn't have to be dirty to be due for a change.

good article - def good for us to refer to.
i love on the end, the transmission relearn is anotehr 30bucks!!!
for *just* disconnecting the battery, reconnecting, and then doing the learn proceedure!!
if that took an hour... i could understand 30bucks worth... but surely... it cant take an hour to do that.
i spose its aimed at those out there unlike us, who dont know the relearn proceedure.
my transmission gets flushed on the 1st of sept at the dealer as part of the 105tho KM service - so im almost looking forward to a fresher feeling transmission!
(car is only just approaching 85thousand kms, im just doing it by age for the timing belt)
