I have a 1300watt sony x-plod sub .


At the moment i have a 400 watt 4 chanel cadince amp running it, its not to bad sounds ok but i want a bigger amp.

What would you guys recomend i dont want to spend to much?

Ans also i have stock speakers and am getting new ones could i run the speakers off the candince amp?

Just buy a 50,000w amp from ebay for your 1300w sony sub :roll:

Find the rating for 4ohm and 2ohm for the sub and post back here along with a budget, 'not much' isnt very defining.

i think that sub is about 350WRMS @ 4ohm but i could be wrong. if i was you man id leave the cadence amp for now and possibly look for a better sub with a spec built ported box. and unless you are looking at jaycar expect to pay anywhere up from $400 for a decent mono

tell you what though.. if you set your gains right i think youll find that youll probably get the most potential out of that sub with the amp that you have now
