I started by stripping out my console and all the parts that im gonna paint. Left my TJ looking fairly bad, I've also pulled the pockets off the interior door trims so u can recover them later...

I haven't bought the PC components yet, but bought a 7inch touchscreen (thanks Mitchello) and decided to start fitting my console.
Ive decided to keep my current head unit (a Pioneer DEH-P9850BT) and plug my pc directly into that, this will allow me to still use the Bluetooth function of the deck and also the ipod interface. I can also plug my amps directly into my head unit still without having to work out another way. I've decided to move it down to where the ash tray is.
I started by cutting the side off a Verada draw as i can use them as my brackets. This didn't really fit the first time, so i had to move the screw holes around until it did. The finished product is below, fitted perfect the first time which was absolutely awesome.
