Does anyone have a spare 3.5l 5 speed transmission output shaft and front differential gear that I can borrow and maybe buy.

Still working on the manual AWD project.
Now understand how the driveline works from a brilliant article on the EvolutionMnet site, and some info from the UK and Japan about alternative final drive gear sets for the EVO.

I have an EVO VI manual gearbox sitting in the garage.
Originally thought that I had to change both gearing ratios in several places in the driveline to get an EVO system work in a Magna.
In reality the Centre Differential coupling ratio to the gearbox output shaft is what determines the final drive ratio.

However, of course, the EVO final drive ratio is really too high for the V6 engine. Really need the Manual drive ratio for things to come out correctly.

I am guessing, hopefully correctly, that the Magna final drive gear set, i.e. the output shaft with its integral output gear and the differential ring gear can be swapped into the EVO box to alter the final drive ratio.

Anyone out there happen to have these 2 vital bits sitting around in their garage?

Attached is the interactive PDF from the EVO forum.
The bits in Question are the Dark Green ones.

The ratios may seem too high but even the 8th gen Galant VR-4 manuals cruise at 3000rpm at 110...
