this goes hand in hand with my previous post on updates with brakes ect.

Brakes:
- Currently in NEG with AP Racing as to what part/percentage of costs they will carry over for this developement. hoping to get all this finalised and flowing this time next month. Currenly dealing directly with Sponsorships management in the US - as there is no australian "Head Office".

Engine:
- Well, Dallas has told me the engine we've got now 230hp + N/A 13.1:1 compression - DRIVE IT LIKE I STOLE IT hehe.. cos its not the next engine ill be using ;)
while on that point - before i drive it like i stole it (well, ive been doing that anyway  ) if anyone is serious in aquiring this very well built (over 70hours spent on building and testing - its track proven) then you can slip me an offer now as once the new engine goes it - its only gonna go in a glass cabernet

New Engine:
*evil laugh* we have decided to rival daves TT (friendly competition doesnt hurt  ) cept using one turbo rated at 700hp. in actually fact - this engine will be tuned for pure drag. starting again with a 3L (dallas believes the small 'stock' difference in torque between the 3 and the 3.5 wont be noticable once we do what we do best ;)) the whole bottom end will be rebuilt with 700thou bored cylnders. more mods include veneer (sp?) cam gears, cams properly this time round (add: if we added cams to our N/A project expect to see instant extra 30hp min). ECU will prolly be upgraded to the new Haltech E6X, fuel pump will be upgraded to a race pump. LSD is a definate must. N02 will be the last thing to be introduced along with a external fuel tank - will go in the spare tyre well for added long distance traveling (this thing will be the ultimate fuel *****!!!)

expected output at wheels: 500hp
expected output with N02: 610

oh, also i should add, one of the reasons for the INSANE amount of power output is
a) the purchace of my second car - dont ask what it is here
b) Entry into the 2005 Horsepower hero's Competion in Canberra next year (Summer Nats 05)
c) the car will - over the next 12-24months be completely rebuilt to show specifications (paint, wheels, detals, vinyals to airbursh etc)- which *may* include a sponsorship from SONY for a full XPLOD setup
d) expect from next year to see this girl at most motorshow / autosaloon events

more updates to come but as of this morning this project has been launched! - weve started ordering parts etc. expected completion date: 30 April 2004.

I will also mention RPW as a "Project BOOYA" Partner as some parts will be sourced through Dave. So a thank you goes out there :P  but dont cry when i flog you dave ;)

Also like to mention if anyone has any parts / performance queries we Dallas from Street torque is more then happy to help out. Come July, it will be 12 months of hard work with the 6G series of engines done in Street Torque and there is no sign if it slowing down. - in 12 months we have proven just what can be done to a engine which doesnt compromise proformance and or reliability.

Products already available for manual transmission magnas include Inhouse Designed Twin Throttle Bodies, Ported and Polished cylnder heads, tuned extractors length (using existing pacemaker extractors) and we will be more then happy to take on any new developements.

if ur putting in stainless cylinder sleeves it might still be close to 3.0 otherwise i think 7/10in increase on all cylinders would add up to about a extra Victa of advantage ;) anyway i hope to see this magna on front of street-machine not just salon. :D

sounds good Booya!!! you might be able to keep up with Manual and his Supra after all that!! hehe... i know which will turn more heads though!! (i don't think many people will have seen a 500+ magna before, except maybe Dave's, two isn't exactly common though  )

all this work and you'd think investing in an AWD would be a better option.

I wanna know where Booya gets all this money from. At his age I find it hard to believe he would have any money left to go out etc after all these mods. How many hours a week do you work booya and what do you do?

Works IT and works hard.

And there's a level of sponsorship too.

Good to hear that he works hard for his pride and joy. Just wondering, being uninsured etc if he were to accidently say hit a high priced car like a BMW and wrote it off would he be liable for the whole amount since the BMW's insurance company would be onto Booya to pay?

Why would a small business like your dads require so much work?

Obviously your servers/network isnt running to well..
