iv bought an alarm/immobiliser and it seems to be a fair bit more difficult than wat iv attempted before. iv done my own sound system, spotties and recently a remote central locking system.
iv attached 2 of the wiring diagrams that came with the alarm. and also a picture of something that came with it. im not to sure wat it is. if anyone could shed some light on that.
diagram a.
im a bit lost with how i go about hooking up the indicators. do i hook up at a relay?(if so where is this located?) or do i hook up at a switch or hazard switch or something?
diagram b.
im not sure where to hook up wires 1, 2, 3 or 6?
where will i find the ignition switch and solenoid wire? im presuming around the steering wheel column somwhere...
i would like to figure out how everything goes together before i start.
i want to do this myself rather than paying someone to do it. because if i pay someone to do it i wont get anything out of it intellectually .:D
any help would be greatly appreciated.:D
i have the wiring diagrams for a tm not a tp. the local library didnt have the tp manual.
edit: i have the tp diagrams now. :)
