I see a lot of sedans around here with the super low, low combo. My mate has a magna and I noticed today (its on factory springs and 17s) that the front does look a lot higher than the back. I don't think the wagons have the same problem? I got a 1998 TF Wagon, does anyone have a wagon with lowered suspension and what is it? Pics and possible advice? Thanks

Maybe the rear springs have sagged?,was he carrying a load?,LPG?

Are you looking at the wheel arch gap or the sill panel to determine eveness?,the sill panel is the best gauge as cars often have larger front wheel arches than rear, therefore being a bad indicator of this

The load of the car was evenly spread, and yes I was looking at the guards and noticed the front is higher but it just looks.. not right. From first glance, it did seem the car was sagged to the rear.

I was wondering if this is why people get super lows up front? to compensate for the higher front guard? and if the problem carries over to wagons

they normally do have a bigger gap up front then the back
that way if you dump it you'll still be able to turn the front wheels and the rear wheels should sit in the guards
people normally go the superlow/low combo to make the gaps in the guards look even, but this gives you the wedge effect

Wedge effect? Is that good or bad?

Think I might go lows all round, save the scrubbing

Still hate the higher front guard, looks so much better without it

Yeah same here. You could disguise the gap with flares, but I'll just live with it.

The Magna bodyline rises up towards the back. Having the front lower than the back only exaggerates this. It's only noticable from certain angles, but when you notice it, you won't be happy :P

I prefer the Lows all around. Having the sideskirt sit really even looks the bomb. Plus, I demolished my front bar - I really doubt Superlows at the front would have helped...

Just a few shots of Wagon with Kings lows all round. Yeah i recon if you went superlow in the front, it would look funny being angled towards the front to much. (Wedge look)

i will have a full set off k-mac custom springs sitting in my garage soon, just waiting for me new rear cutoms then i wont need me current ones if you want em. they are fair bit lower than all the pics shown in this thread though if you want to slam it

The reason so many sedans have the superlow/low combo (including myself) is that king springs don't make superlows for the rear any more, along with the wheel arch gap problem.
I'd love to lower the rear of my car another inch or two.
