Just looking at the Bendix site for the correct part Nos for my brake upgrade, (Ralliart front and back) and noticed that there are a whole lot of different TH / TJ combinations, I thought that all TH's were the PBR, with part No DB1203 and DB1204, but apprears to have Been Akebono (the Ralliart caliper / disc) F (DB1223) & R (DB1231), and Akebono F and Sumitomo R (DB1239), also different Akebono rears use different pad thicknesses on the rear like the DB1238, at 15.4mm.
Is it better to get the thicker pad to get more life, or stick with the standard pad?

For standard single piston cailpers Part no"s are DB1203 front and DB1204 Rear, For ralliart/AWD its DB1223 front and DB1231 Rear. Cant fit any thicker pads then what they come as because the piston wont slide that far back into the bore. AFAIK there were no released magnas with Sumitomo Calipers could maybe be the US diamantes?

Was the rotor different for the AWD rear? To accommodate the rear driveshaft?

Yeah the AWD rotor is different to the ralliart, but the caliper and Pad are the same, the calipers are all off a Pajero.
