Here's some pics of the injected LPG kit I had installed. It was $4400 (less $2000 rebate).

"61 l water"
... so I guess I can get 48 l of LPG in (but I don't know, seeing a s I haven't refilled it yet)!

Yeah, max is 50l that I can get into the donut tank in the wagon.
Must get some pics of my Elko intsall. Looks neater, I think than yours. But to be honest, I don't spend much time looking at it. :bowrofl:

I've run mine dry and was able to get close to 55 litres in.
Does anyone else find the lid doesn't close or rubs and squeaks as it is such a tight fit? I ended up using washers as a spacer to give the little black clip a little more height and put some foam between the tank and wooden lid.

Yeah my cargo floor is high at the rear - I'll add a spacer (probably washers) to the hinges, and some foam or cloth to protect the tank from rubbing. My tank is a little higher than usual because of the through-floor mounting pints for the hitch receiver towbar.
Still looking for a carpet wheel cover :-/

Hey Craney good to see you took the plunge but the installer who installed it should have done a neater job. Good example would be to compare yours to type40s install.
Keeping things neat and in place makes it more a plesant experience and especially if you have to do any future engine work.
Note not having a dig at you or your car but the installer should have done a better job.

I can see where you are coming from.....but, it looks like the installer left plenty of room to always access the inlet manifold, quite handy at service time.
Practicality over asthetics, maybe.

The timing cover is accessible too. The hoses from the injectors to the inlet ports have to be the same, so there; a bit wiggling fitting them in. Overall I'm pretty happy with the job :)
I had (caravan) breakers, relays and fuses on the left hand side strut, which the guys had to relocate just with the wire I had in there.

Just having a good look at the pics of the engine bay, that big hose in picture 3 looks like the same one mines got and it will split on hard acceleration. It's from an EF ford LPG set up..... cheap as to buy and easy as with a bowl of hot water to install.
