Hey guys
I put in my paras to the 2nd gen today, and till now didnt reallise how out of place my clear front indicators would look with them, so was wondering if there were any legalities of tinting them up so they dont look so out of place next to the paras.
Are there any serious legal problems with doing this? and how dark could I go with them?
Im not much of a fan of the orange ones, otherwise id just grab them, but if im not legally able to tint up my clears i might have to.
Sorry if this has been covered, iv been doing searches but found nothing
Cheers

There illegal!
and if your in an accident insurance could blame it on them, and not cover you. but this doesnt stop most people.

it only takes a very light coat to make it look good, you cant even notice theyre tinted unless you have seen them untinted before hand. get yourself a can of niteshades and get going

okay, sounds like a very very light coat may be the go, and if it doesnt work i'll just grab some orange ones
i read on an old thread somebody put some form of black outline around their indicators to make them look better and fit in more with the paras so might look into this as well

That looks good! Goes nicely with the features of your car (bonnet vents, grille etc.)

that looks great man, this might be the go
looking at blacking my grille etc too so should work pretty well

yeah i know the orange ones go with the paras nicely, but in general i just feel orange plastic looks so stocky and normal
so id rather mod some clears if possible

Mine have just got a few light coats of black. I think they still throw out a fair bit of light, but other people may think differently.
