ive been looking at sum kits on rpw site.
like the high flowed throttle body and the cold air induction kit
now is there any thing that i will need to do or no before purchcing these.
like will it really help with small power gaing and increase throttle responce.

and should i get a new intake manifold as well.

It's up to you on what you spend your hard earned $$ on.. but really there isn't much power gain from the CAI kit and a high flowed throttle body will only increase throttle response...

I'd start by getting a K&N panel filter, full exhaust, then if u wanted to get an EZboy high flow TB...

EDIT: Just read u got an exhaust so yeah get a panel filter and a high flow throttle body, and unfortunately there isn't much more u can really do... unless your wanting to spend some big bucks.

Power gains are minimal to he honest if any at all.

But with the flowed throttle body i would PM EZ boy for one of his same product at half the price, Also you will not gain any KW from doing this mod but you definitely will get a better throttle response.

Also the RPW CAI kits are a huge rip off, all you require is 2x 75mm 90 degree silicon bends and 2x 75mm Stainless steel tubing (aka intercooler piping) 5 decent clamps, a pod, and a MAF wiring extender (extend your original wiring or get a clip in and out one made up) all up is around 300 even less if you get the piping on special. RPW has them for 405, so with a little shopping around you can save 100+ bucks.

Flowed TB is a nice cheap mod with a tangible gain in throttle response (but not WOT power).

Don't waste your money on the RPW CAI kit, theres only a few kw to be gained, and you get the same result with a <$50 "drainpipe" CAI.

high flowed TB is highly recommended if you have an auto, makes the car feel lots more responsive at part throttle
