hey guys, need some help on locating what would be on a normal car the + coil wire but as its built into the dizzy (i think) i have no idea what im looking for.

i recently purchased the emanage off likeashot, it came with the wiring diagram for a 3.5 magna, the top dead center wire is red with white stripe and the crank angle sensor is blue wire with red stripe.

If it's for something like a tacho then i think the top dead center wire would be the go.

i need to be able to cut the spark off

The inhibitor switch is black with a red stripe if that helps...

Ooops think you just gave it away lol

if it is a flame thrower then you will have to get the cat removed or a bypass valve installed otherwise it will block up very quickly with alot of raw/unburnt fuel going through it.

yeah i know thats all sorted.... just need this damn wire:rant:

1) Find the coil
2) Disconnect the plug on the underside
3) Test for voltage.

The wire with 12v goes to the battery/ignition

The wire with 0v goes to the ignitor (which then goes to the ECU)

If there are other wires, then measure them aswell, you are chasing a 0v wire.

This dude knows his stuff so id say a yes, he knew the Maf ranges and values as well as other bits and pieces
