Just wanted to have you opinion on the following:

Whenever I switch from N to D or R, my RPM lowers to 500 and it feels like the engine will stall.

what does it idle at on in "N"?? all u do is turn the idle speed anti clock wise abit near the throttle body on your engine, i think thats the way

Idle RPM (on Neutral) is between 700 & 900.

I have the same problems, only sometimes though.

It has actually stalled a couple of times.

Whats this about turning the idle speed anti-clockwise??
Please provide more info coz I don't know what you are talking about.

Where the throttle body is (follow the airbox black piping to where it hits the metal part) look from the top down and you will see a screw recessed in a bit. Adjust this and it makes you're car idle higher and lower.

whats neutral idle speed sposed to be?
mines bout 500 i think

the problem is the idle stepper motor is not maintaining the idle. may be a simple matter of a throttle body clean however will most likely be a new stepper motor required
