so is the head gasket blown? or the head cracked? if the head is cracked it will have to go to head reco anyway,

you can get recoils for the thread if you damge it getting it out...

i would assume a can if instant freeze will help when you get an easy out.

if all else fails try and drill it out. once the spark plug wall is thin enough a screwdriver can peel the thread out.

Leave it to the head reco place

Either way it needs to be warp and crack tested, the head needs to be re surfaced or your head gasket will simply pop again. Falcons are especially bad for this as the alloy gets soft spots in it and the head is so damn long.

Make sure you get a density test done as well

What area are you in, I have a guy here in Bayswater who is a genius with heads.

I would be trying to find a big scrw driver and kind of driving it into the tube thing.
