Whilst I had the wheels off the TS recently, I noticed it had shock absorbers branded 'BOGE Automatic'. Has anyone heard of this brand before and are they good quality or cheap & nasty?

I think the car rides very well and have no complaints.

Great quality.

Boge were standard fitment on the BMW 5 and 6 series I had. Nice kit and bulletproof.

Yes they are more expensive, in the upper price range, before you hit adjustables...

They would be considered a very nice upgrade, more proof the old man loved his Magna before you picked it up......

I have Boge's with King SP lows and the ride quality is excellent! Although it could do with a bit more rebound damping at the front... Just to suit my tastes.

These used to be std equipment on the older M series Beemers as well as many other German cars

Have not seen them for years but they used to crap all over many of the other out there

I got the shocks off Phillcom. I don't have the part number handy. Maybe give them a call? I know he had a good deal going when i got mine.
