I'm looking at fitting a Ralliart body kit to my 2002 KJ Verada Ei

I have the front bumper, side skirts and flares as of now. :D

Has anybody done this before with a Verada.

I have been told that its going to require more than just a straight swap, has anybody got anything more specific/pictures of what will need to be changed over ? I hear i might need to swap the reos ?

PS, is there anyone in Perth that can recommend a good body kit painting shop ?

Reo bars front and rear for the Magna bumpers and headlights may or may not depending on whether or not they have the parker location in the Verada ones (remember these are in the bumpers on the Verada's). Other than that it should be the same as fitting it to any 3rd gen.

+1

Just the Reo bars, the headlights for radas have the socket for the parkers to be put in, unsure about the wiring loom

I also remember someone saying there might be an issue replacing the reo on an airbag equipped car, something to do with the sensor needing relocation. Other than that i cant see anything else.

Ive had a quick look through the magna workshop manual and i've come up with these pictures.

Do you think i would be able to modify the verada bumper by taking out the "bumper core" which doesn't appear to be in the magna models, thus making the reo smaller enough to fit a standard magna bumper on a verada ?

*The verada pictures have the "bumper core" circled.

My roommate has a magna wagon, would i be able to test his front bumper on my sedan ?

I reckon it miht work considering that the Radas have a longer front barand thats what that core is for to help keep it rigid and in place.

But I think a Ralliart Bar would look awesome with the Verada chrome grill, don't know where your going to fit those foggies and parker lights:doubt: Might either leave them off or custom mould them to the Bar.

I might have to ditch the fog lights, but im fairly sure standard paras have a slot for parkers (where does the magna have them)

Yup yup, the verada has the parker lights below the paras but not the parkers inside the paras if you get what i mean. I just have to swap it around.
