ok, for some odd reason my indicator has go physco on me. My right one goes at normal speed, but the left goes extremly fast.
Any1 got any ideas on how to fix it?

easiest answer would be that a globe is out. When one blows the extra power makes the others go faster.
Also if there are different relays for left and right, maybe the other relays gone aswell. Obviously your getting too much power going through when you use your left indicators.
What happens when you put your hazards on?

came out of work the other day with my boss.. and someone had gone to the trouble of stealing his indicator off his Commodore (95) hes like bastards!!!
any car is a driving wreckers yard if you got the right tools. some dude tried to steal the battery from my vw once! we caught him and he bolted..
its amazing what some people do to get things for free...

that is not good, however did you not notice then indicator gone when you first saw them blinking fast and then checked them.

Hey guys,
Believe it or not, Indicators are hot property. To actually replace an indicator from Mitsubishi is quite costly...somewhere in the vicinity of $100. Theft is one reason why the indicator is partly indented into the chassis...to reduce the ease of getting them off.
I know that Holden have major problems with theft of their indicators especially the clear ones from the VT model onwards. Only exception is that I think Holden made them easy to steal purposely for the sake of the sale of genuine parts. They must make a fortune.
Oh yes, excess power should not make too much of a difference to the indicator speed so once you replace the stolen indicator, put your hazard lights on just to make sure. Otherwise it may be a wiring problem as Meph said.
