hay all bought a new clutch for my car a few weeks ago.. just curious does anyone know how much these clutches should be worth. just to see weather i got ripped off or not.

i think i paid around $700 for mine about a year ago for the wagoon

yeah i paid about 695$ so thats cool! ma mate reckon he got 1 for 450$ haha thought he was playin with his :poke: :poke:

i know the 3L ones are different and cheaper.

440 is the cost price for regular Auto shops, RRP is around the 700 mark.

how much did it cost in total been quoted 1500$ thats including the clutch, and fitted and the flywheel cleaned up

Thats a little high, if you argue the labour down a tad 1300 is usually a good price.

I recall my Exedy HD organic clutch was $800 from autobarn, and labour was $450 including machining the flywheel.
