Hey people...

can anyone refer me to an exhaust place in SA that will mirror my vrx exhaust to the other side? (including the bumper mould)
i wish to change to a dual exhaust.

i have seen some ppl that have done with..but i was wondering where they got it done, and how much it was.

I have that done, but bought the car that way. Mine was done in Melb and cost over $1000 inc the rear bar, which is actually two centre bars plastic welded together, the twin tips and muflers.

Mine was actually done by a very talented fellow forum member, but unfortunately I don't think he has the resources to be able to do it anymore. As for the exhaust itself, I had it done at Exhaust Technology, but overall I wasn't that impressed with their work or their price.

I would suggest calling up a few exhaust shops and asking them if they do plastic moulding or if they know anyone who can. I think that quite a few body shops can do it.

Oh nothing really wrong with the work done. I was recommended to go there by a few people saying they are the best around. The service was great and everything, but I think I could have gone to a local exhaust shop and had the same work done for a cheaper price. Perhaps if I was going to them for something a bit more complicated, like a full separate twin system exhaust where their expertise would become apparent, then the premium they charge would be worth it. My fault in the end I guess for going to them for a simple-ish job.
